Bacchus Global Series; Affordable excellence......Hand made in the Philippines.
The global Series offer excellent quality hand-made builds at affordable prices. These instruments are made to the same exacting standards as the Japanese Handmade series, but in the Philippines, using locally sourced materials. Construction is overseen by Japanese staff and uses the same methods and tools employed at the revered ASKA plant in Matsumoto, Japan hence the build quality is of a high standard. The main differences between these and the handmade series are the Hardware and Circuit.
All global series basses use non-brand hardware (it does it's job well even though) and have three piece bodies as opposed to two piece.
All active models use Bacchus' own pre-amp as opposed to the Japanese made Craft and hand made series that use third party pre-amps (Aguilar and Bartolini) and Gotoh hardware.
